Sahlia Bathing

Second piece of fanart so as to take a break from drawing myself. *speaks in a jowly voice and holds up quadruple peace signs* I am not a narcissist! >.<

I realized after I drew ~lonestranger's character Sahlia for the first time that I had gotten her colors and certain aspects of her figure horribly wrong. DX I resolved that I would fix this once I saw more artists' interpretations of her. Now that Lone's gallery is pretty much a treasure trove of Sahlia pics he commissioned (don't worry, he gives proper credit to every artist), I figured now was a good time to try my hand at her again to pull myself out an artist's block. The first image that came to my mind was a perspectivey one of her bathing in a random pool, and for once, I feel like what I see on my screen is exactly what I envisioned. ^^

Here's a tip for anyone who ever tries to draw Sahlia themselves: Contrary to popular opinion, the most striking features on Sahlia's body are not her extra head and arms. Let's put it this way: When you draw her bust, try to make it as large as possible without making it look unnatural... Then go about three or four cup sizes up from that. Don't believe me? Ask some of the people he's commissioned.
