I Am My Own Sister

I think the muse felt guilty after I posted that journal on Monday, because she came roaring back to help me improvise as I made this drawing, little by little. 7 hours (over the span of 3 days) later, everyone is getting a first-ever look at ~Raptorial and me "together," but not in a way that most people would assume.

See that Yin Yang-shaped charm? Rappy and I each got a half of it as a Christmas gift from Toana. >.> When the two halves touch, the soul-threading magic inside is released, making us interdependent on each other in some way. The result could be a body swap or a conjoinment or anything in between.

...Don't judge us. :< We are sisters and we like sharing.

In this pic, we've used the pendants to access what is perhaps the most powerful ability of that magic: A full-on fusion. Not only have our bodies been obviously united, but our minds have woven together to the point where we perceive ourselves a single person, but without the feeling of being alone. For those of you who are wondering if this could damage Rappy's and my respective individualities, not to worry! Pulling the pendant in half restores "me" to normal. However, this doesn't stop certain people - ~Roonstown, in this case - from looking at us funny in the meantime. >.>

Designing "Razzy" was a little tricky. Rappy's figure with four arms was a good starting point, but there were multiple occasions where I felt uneasy about her face. As you can see, I've ommitted Rappy's trademark big lips (the mouth shape is supposed to be mine, but with Rappy's teeth inside) and aristocratic nose swoop, and the eyes, while clearly reptilian in shape, are my color. So it almost feels like I put my head on Rappy's body and stuck another two arms on there. =/ Not sure if the blending of our features will come through to the more discerning viewer. I'll admit that I sometimes get careless with face shapes, for example.

I also had a bit of trouble with the lighting around the spell in the lower right palm... (Dang secondary light sources... -_-)

Still, it's been three weeks, so I had to give whatever came to my mind a try, and I think it turned out okay. Doesn't shatter any of my "personal best" records like my last three, but I think the result is some good fun. ^^

I don't know who designed the original "Savage" tank top (as seen in one of Rappy's older 3-D jobs)... If you are said designer or know who the designer is, please come forward so I can credit you/them!
